Julia is a NYC-based psychotherapist who specializes in helping high-achieving individuals navigate everyday challenges and major life changes.

Julia’s approach is warm, attentive, and solutions-focused. She integrates traditional psychotherapy with cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients channel their inner strength and make positive and desired changes in their lives.

Julia specializes in helping clients work through interpersonal and romantic relationships, work dissatisfaction, career growth and change, as well as anxiety, depression, and self-esteem related issues. Julia is also passionate about helping women cope with fertility challenges, and navigating fertility treatment.

Julia is well-versed in working with individuals who are entering therapy for the first time, as well as those returning after a break.

Julia received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and Master’s Degree in Social Work from Columbia University. She is a NY State Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Julia trained and worked at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City. Prior to becoming a psychotherapist, Julia worked as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley.
