Can we talk before the first appointment?

Yes, I am happy to offer a 15-minute free phone consultation with all potential clients to discuss what is bringing them to therapy, and allow them to ask any questions about my practice. If it feels like a good fit, we will schedule our initial appointment and find a convenient time for ongoing therapy. I typically respond to all outreach within 24-48 hours.

Do you take insurance?

I am not in-network with any insurance panels. However, our sessions are eligible for reimbursement through your out-of-network insurance benefits. Most insurance plans with these benefits will reimburse 50-80% of each session. For more information, call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about your behavioral or mental health out-of-network benefits.

You are responsible for payment at time of service. I accept all credit/debit cards and FSA/HSA cards. I provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company.

What is your cancellation policy?

I require at least 48-hour notice for all cancellations. If you cancel within this time frame, you will be responsible for the full service fee.

Do you offer teletherapy (virtual sessions)?

Yes, I offer virtual sessions via a HIPAA-secure online video platform.
