We are a New York–based psychotherapy practice dedicated to working with high-achieving, ambitious women who may be managing complex personal and professional lives. Many of the women we work with are successful, capable, and deeply invested in doing things well — yet find themselves overwhelmed, anxious, or disconnected from their own needs. Julia Taub is the founder and primary therapist of the practice. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience working with high-achieving women in demanding environments.
